Super simple peanut butter fudge
So good, I’ve made it four times in the last two months!
This recipe is amazing.
That’s really all there is to it.
Four ingredients. No candy thermometer needed. One pan. One dish.
And did I mention it is de-lic-ious??
This year, I’m making a double batch to give as holiday gifts!
Here’s the recipe. Go share some fudge-love!
Peanut Butter Fudge
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter
Prepare your pan first! Once the mixture starts to boil, things will move quickly! Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper (or 9x13 if you double the recipe). Waxed paper will work in a pinch but parchment paper is really the best. Tip - use chip clips to keep the parchment paper in place! See the photo below!
Bring the sugar and milk to a boil over medium-low heat. (Don’t rush this - it will take a good 10 minutes to come to a boil.) Boil for 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy! If there is any left, gift some to your friends!
Enjoy!
